1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

2. Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
  • The item must not be damaged or show signs of use that were not present upon receipt.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return:

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item if your return meets our policy conditions. Please do not send your item back to us without first obtaining an RMA number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed by traxu.top.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours). We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers or magazines)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’
